Hello, and welcome! Prioritizing your inner wellbeing is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. There are many reasons to consider therapy; you may feel “stuck” or overwhelmed, feeling that things have come to a breaking point recently, and you are wondering how to get through it. Or you may find it hard to stay in the present, feeling that forces from the past keep tugging you back. You may also sense a gap between the life you live and your highest or “true” self, and be looking for a safe place to explore a reconciliation.

The good news is that change is not only possible, it’s inevitable. Our purpose in therapy is to develop self-compassion, insight, and tools to help you to direct that change toward your greater wellbeing. You don’t need to do this work alone. I believe that each of us carries the seeds of our own healing and growth, and what is needed is the space and guidance to nurture them. 

I work with individuals from late adolescence to later adulthood, couples, and families. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploring your concerns. My background gives me depth to work effectively with a diversity of challenges including major life transitions, grief and loss, anger management, career and relationship challenges, effects of trauma, and impacts of interpersonal or systemic harm. Using a compassionate, strengths-based, and evidence-based approach I will walk alongside you on your path to understanding and change.
