As a licensed social worker and mental health clinician, I am deeply committed to helping individuals become better versions of themselves. With a foundation in empathy, evidenced-based practice, and culturally sensitive care, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations across various settings.
Currently, I support adolescents in school environments, guiding them through challenges related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorder and more. I also provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, further broadening my approach to individualized care. Whether working one-on-one, with couples or groups, I aim to create safe, supportive, inclusive spaces where growth and healing are possible.
Mental health is not just my profession, it is my purpose. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to navigate life with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
