Tanya Curran

I’m Tanya Curran, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2014, and I bring over 17 years of experience working in the addiction field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in outpatient settings with both adolescents and adults, guiding individuals and families as they navigate the challenges of substance use, recovery, and healing.

I believe that change is always possible, and I strive to meet each person where they are. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), approaches that help people uncover their strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping.

More than anything, I want my clients to feel heard, supported, and understood. Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and together we will find the tools and strategies that best fit your goals. Whether you’re taking the first steps toward change or continuing to strengthen your recovery, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can heal, grow, and create lasting change in your life.
