Nina Wollberg

Hi there, I’m Nina! I believe in the power of connection and the quiet strength that comes from being truly heard. My practice is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing is possible, even in the face of pain or uncertainty. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience, walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and build resilience from within.

I earned my master’s degree from the NYC Silberman School of Social Work. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in hospitals, schools, and community organizations.

I offer virtual therapy to individuals across New Jersey, creating a flexible and accessible space for healing from wherever you are. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a mind-body approach that supports individuals living with chronic pain in retraining their nervous systems and reconnecting with a sense of safety and ease. Whether we’re working through emotional distress, chronic health conditions, or major life transitions, I work with you to ensure each session reflects your needs, strengths, and goals.

Outside of my work, I find deep meaning in spending time with my family and friends and doting on my beloved cat. I recharge through long walks in nature and immersing myself in music, art, and travel.
