Taylor Mattia

Taylor Mattia is a Licensed Associate Counselor who received her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Centenary University. She has experience working with adolescents in aresidential facility as well as individually with children, teens, and adults in an outpatient setting. Taylor utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach with clients including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral, solutions-focused, and person-centered to meet the specific needs of each individual and is passionate about working with and helping clients reach their mental health goals by providing support and developing skills. Taylor strongly believes in allowing her clients to be heard and providing a safe space for her clients to express themselves. She takes an empathetic approach to ensure her clients achieve their goals.
