Warm, collaborative support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, identity exploration, and neurodiversity.

Hi, I'm Allison! I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University, where I developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and genuine connection.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, exploring your identity, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to support you. We can figure things out together.

I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals, and strive to create an affirming space where each client feels seen, respected, and empowered.

I believe caring for our own well-being and creating moments of joy and balance are important parts of living a fulfilling life, and I encourage my clients to discover what brings them that same sense of fulfillment. At home, I enjoy slowing down by spending time with my calico cat, Jinx and unwinding with my favorite reality TV shows, a reminder that self-care can be found in both life's biggest adventures and its simplest moments.
